Ananda Brownies, a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) that produces brownies, uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The main issues discussed include quality inconsistencies, delivery delays, supplier responsiveness, and price fluctuations. This research aims to analyze the supplier selection process at Ananda Brownies and provide practical guidelines for similar SMEs to improve effective and sustainable supply chain management. The research methodology involves data collection through interviews, observations, and questionnaires, followed by data analysis using AHP to determine the best suppliers based on the weight of criteria and sub-criteria. The main prioritized criteria are quality, delivery, price, and responsiveness. The analysis results identify Toko Bahan Kue Legenda as the main supplier with the highest weight. Recommendations include prioritizing this supplier, while future research is suggested to explore other methods or combine AHP with other techniques.
