Memilih guru-guru yang hebat itu langkah super penting buat naikin kualitas staf pengajar di sekolah. Tapi, cara penilaian manual sering banget ribet, kayak subjektivitas yang tinggi, prosesnya lama banget, dan hasilnya tidak efisien. Makanya, penelitian ini dibuat dan terapin SPK untuk menentukan guru berprestasi di SMKN 1 Cermee dengan metode SAW. Metode SAW dipilih karena bisa membuat penilaian yang efisien lewat hitung-hitungan bobot dan nilai dari tiap kriteria. Kriteria yang dipakai di sistem ini ada kehadiran, level pendidikan, lama kerja, dan nilai SKP. Cara ngitungnya pakai normalisasi dengan pembobotan buat dapetin skor akhir tiap guru. Dari uji coba perhitungan, guru A3 juara satu dengan skor 1, terus disusul guru kedua A1 dengan skor 0,866 dan ketiga guru A2 dengan skor 0,766. Ini bukti kalau SAW bisa memberikan keputusan yang akurat dan stabil sesuai bobot kriteria yang udah ditentuin. Dengan sistem ini, proses penentu guru berprestasi jadi lebih cepat, irit waktu, dan jelas. Selain itu, ini dapat membantu sekolah ambil keputusan yang adil dan benar. However, manual assessment methods are often cumbersome, highly subjectivist, and time-consuming, resulting in inefficient results. Therefore, this study conducted and applied the SPK (Student Assessment System) to determine outstanding teachers at SMKN 1 Cermee using the SAW method. The SAW method was chosen because it can provide efficient assessments through weighted calculations and scores for each criterion. The criteria used in this system include attendance, education level, length of service, and SKP scores. The calculation method uses normalization with weighting to obtain a final score for each teacher. From the trial calculation, teacher A3 won first place with a score of 1, followed by teacher A1 second with a score of 0.866 and teacher A2 third with a score of 0.766. This proves that SAW can provide accurate and stable decisions based on the predetermined criteria weighting. With this system, the process of determining outstanding teachers is faster, saves time, and is clear. Furthermore, it can help schools make fair and correct decisions.
