Abstract

Para tokoh agama seperti Ulama, Kyai sudah biasa menghadapi problema masyarakat dampingannya terkait berbagai persoalan kehidupan.Termasuk persoalan dalam hubungan suami-istri.Tulisan ini hendak mendeskripsikan pendampingan seorang tokoh agama terhadap subyek dampingan (masyarakat dan jamaah dampingannya) dalam permasalahan relasi suami-istri. Meskipun tokoh agama tidak dengan sengaja dan terencana melaksanakan kegiatan konseling, namun hasil pengamatan dan wawancara peneliti menemukan kegiatan pendampingannya tersebut mengindikasikan adanya proses konseling pernikahan dengan pendekatan agama (Islam). Untuk itulah tulisan ini peneliti angkat sebagai data empiris yang akan menjadi referensi pengembangan keilmuan Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam Pernikahan Islam. Kata Kunci:  konseling pernikahan Islam, relasi suami-istri, pendampingan tokoh agama. THE PRACTICE OF MARRIAGE COUNSELING IN MENTORING RELIGIOUS DEAL WITH THE PROBLEMS OF HUSBAND AND WIFE. The religious leaders such as Ulama, Kyai are already used to face the issues that came out are the public awareness related to the various problems of life.including the question in the relationship of husband and wife.This article will describe the mentoring a religious leaders of subject beneficiaries (society and jamaah awareness) in relation to problems of wives husband. Although the religious figures are not deliberately and planned activities counseling, but as the result of observation and interview researchers found the pendampingannya activities indicates a marriage counselling process with the approach of religion (Islam). For that reason this article researchers lift as empirical data that will be a reference scholarly development guidance and counselling Islam Islamic Marriage.  Key Words: Islamic marriage counselling, relationships of husband and wife, mentoring religious leaders.

Abstract

Young children need a variety of fun activities and in accordance with the character development. Potential Capacity of reading early childhood is very necessary to be developed through various activities are games and also contains an element of learning. This paper aims to describe a model mentoring of teachers to early childhood reading ability. The author argues the results of research on the area of research in early childhood institutions TK / RA Manbaul Falah Sidorejo Pamotan Rembang as a case study of early childhood learning activities in reading membelajarkan activity on students. With descriptive method qualitative and psychological approach, the study found some things that the underlying model of early childhood assistance in developing reading skills, including writing and arithmetic. As a result, that model of mentoring teachers to early childhood literacy refers to two things, namely the realization that every child has the potential ability to read early and that the environment sagat need to explore and develop. The second thing that will be a reference for early childhood teachers in designing a model of mentoring.
