Abstract

The library is a school facility for managing the provision of textbooks and accompanying books related to general science, technology and other applied sciences. The library system at SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Pardamean is still not computerized, data management is still carried out using master book records. For this reason, a computerized system or computer application program is needed that can speed up and simplify the data processing process from the library at SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Pardamean. Research on designing a web-based library information system at SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Pardamean was carried out using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. ) with a waterfall model. The web-based school library information system at SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Pardamean was developed using the CodeIgniter4 framework with the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. Based on the Alpha test results (black box and white box testing) it can be concluded that all test results are good and the Alpha test was successful. Furthermore, based on the results of beta testing in validation, experts obtained a percentage score of 89.5% with the statement strongly agree and the average value of the user questionnaire assessment was 86.64% with the statement strongly agree. Based on the results of the research and testing above, it can be concluded that the web-based library information system at SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Pardamean which was designed is a functional requirement which is expected to make it easier for library staff to manage and input book data.

Abstract

The influence of information and communication technology on the world of education is growing rapidly, shifting learning patterns from face-to-face to media-based learning. SMA Santo Thomas 4 Binjai, focuses on innovation in the field of education. However, the current learning system is still manual, relying on limited teacher-student face-to-face interactions and discussions. This condition causes a lack of target achievement in the learning process. This research aims to design an e-learning information system using the CodeIgniter framework. The choice of CodeIgniter is expected to facilitate e-learning, increase efficiency and accuracy of learning management. System development using PHP and MySQL, with design based on UML principles. The results of the research produced an e-learning information system which aims to increase understanding in the teaching and learning process at SMA Santo Thomas 4 Binjai. This system is expected to support more dynamic interaction between teachers and students, as well as speed up the learning process according to the SDLC method. SMA Santo Thomas 4 Binjai has the potential to improve the quality of learning, facilitate better interaction, and speed up the learning process according to strategic achievements.

Abstract

A Pondok Jimbaran  restaurant is a business in the culinary field where the sales information system is still run manually. As in the case of data collection, ordering and making reports, everything is written in a small book and stored in a ledger. The purpose of this research is to design an application that can simplify everything related to restaurant sales. The research method used is a survey method which is included in the quantitative research method that uses data collection techniques by conducting interviews and using the waterfall method as system development steps. The result of this research is an application of a computerized sales information system to make it easier for workers to carry out their work.

Abstract

The design of web-based assessment system that is expected to provide convenience in how to access it, to help communication between teachers and parents so that students can more easily and also teachers can process value beyond working hours of work. The method used is descriptive method, data collection method (observation, interview, literature study, documentation study). Data analysis techniques that use the Unified Modeling Language (UML) technique. As well as system design techniques using HTML and PHP programming languages, Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 as the creation of interface systems and using MySQL to design the Database. Based on the results of these studies, the authors built a Web-based assessment information system as a Value Processing System. The existence of a web-based system will make it easier for work to be done anywhere and anytime. Because this information system is a web-based application, then this information system can be published through internet network. Implementing the latest information technology, especially data security technology that can improve system security.
