Abstract

In the digital era of business that is growing rapidly, almost all products are offered through online media, various online business applications such as Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak and others are easily accessible that offer each product with various advantages and convenience in transacting and various payment system options, starting with bank transfers, joint accounts, and cod (cost order delivery) which are currently increasingly popular with the public. To ensure a smooth business that gives satisfaction to consumers as desired and on the other hand the seller gets a positive response, business ethics is needed to encourage moral awareness and provide boundaries for users or business people to run good business and not do monkey business or dirty business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme tenaga tata usaha terhadap pelaksanaan administrasi kantor Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan cara melakukan penyebaran quesioner untuk memperoleh data yang obyektif. Faktor variabel yaitu profesionalisme dan pelaksanaan administrasi.Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 58 tenaga kerja di Yayasan Pawyatan Daha Kediri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan profesionalisme tenaga tata usaha berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan administrasi kantor.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the pricing method used by the Kediri Regency Convention Hall Building. This type of research uses qualitative research because the data analysis is in the form of interviews and direct observation for information from sources. The result of the research is the setting of rental prices that are too high because of the inaccurate classification of costs according to the main functions of the company's activities.
