<![CDATA[In 2016, the satisfaction rate of BPJS Health participants in Indonesia reached 78.6 percent, while the Satisfaction rate to partner health facilities (faskes) was 76.2 percent. Meanwhile, in 2017, the participant satisfaction index rose to 79.5 per cent, and the Participant Satisfaction to Fascism index reached 89.5 per cent. The National Health Insurance Programme is designed to provide effective and efficient health care with a variety of considerations and purposes. The benefits of the JKN Program ensure equal and equitable access to health care for all Indonesian citizens. Improve the quality and standard of health care provided by health facilities throughout Indonesia. From the background of the problem, the purpose of this research is to know the benefits of the JKN Program in providing effective and efficient services. This research method uses the literature study of JKN programmes in providing effective and efficient service. Systematic Literature Review (SLR), a systematic, detailed, and reproducible method, which aims to identify, evaluate, and synthesize findings and thoughts produced by researchers and practitioners. This approach is made explicitly to scan, review, and evaluate all relevant research. From research conducted using literary methods it can be concluded that the JKN program has benefits in providing effective and efficient It can be seen from the journals that have been reviewed that the JKN program represents an opportunity to improve quality management of health services in Indonesia.
