Abstract

The Biak Language Dictionary application is made using designs and blocks through open source IDE tools, namely kodular and uses the Phpmyadmin MySQL Database as a dictionary database storage area. This Biak Language Dictionary application is designed with a dictionary working system in general, namely an application that contains a list of vocabulary of a language that is arranged alphabetically in this case the Biak language, has an Input function and an Output function. This dictionary application can be helpful and useful for the local Biak community or other general public in communicating using the Biak language, as well as helping to preserve regional culture through regional languages, especially the Biak language, which until now still lacks knowledge about the Biak language.

Abstract

Protestant Christian education is one of the basic needs of children where at this age children like to play and explore the surrounding environment. There are three learning styles in children, namely auditory, visual and kinesthetic. This is what can be utilized with the use of smartphones because it can provide applications that can apply the learning styles that have been mentioned. With the aim of creating learning media in the form of illustrated stories based on bible stories based on android applications aimed at Sunday school children of the Logos Sanggeng congregation. The author conducted research using the waterfall method in developing Sunday school story applications by utilizing Kodular tools. This study resulted in an application that can be used as an educational medium for children and Sunday school teachers with a learning concept that is easy to understand because it is based on illustrated stories that are very close to children's characters. Sunday school applications are also very easy to learn by children and Sunday school teachers, because the application has an easy-to-learn interface. Application testing is carried out using the black box method on each function with successful test results.

Abstract

The population data information system at the village level in Dindey still relies on a manual system where only family cards, ID cards, and other documents are collected and stored in village cabinets. This has caused several inconvenient issues, especially regarding the storage of population data. There are often difficulties in searching for information about new residents or residents who have moved away from the village. Considering these challenges, a web-based application using PHP programming language and MySQL titled "Web-Based Population Data Collection Application for Dindey Village" is needed to assist the village government in conducting population data collection in the village. The research method employed in this study is the Waterfall method. The results of this study indicate that the application is accessible, and the features within the Population Data Collection Application for Dindey Village function properly.

Abstract

GKI FJS Rumainum Church is a split church from GKI Utrecht Sauabas, which was founded on June 13 until now. However, the church announcement system that uses paper is still ineffective and inefficient. Therefore, this research aims to develop an Android application that minimizes errors, facilitates the delivery of information, and saves the cost of making church newsletters. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and literature study. Application development uses the waterfall method, through the stages of analysis, design, implementation with Kodular, and testing. The result is the FJS Rumainum Church Congregational Warta application which was successfully created using Kodular and MySQL tools. This application has a menu about the church, worship schedule, information, and login. Application testing uses the BlackBox method and the results of the tests show good results, meet the specifications set and are expected to help church members get accurate information.

Abstract

Improving the quality of road infrastructure is one of the main priorities in regional development, especially in ensuring the comfort and safety of road users. Road damage that is not immediately repaired can disrupt community activities and increase the risk of accidents, ranging from potholes to serious damage. Therefore, a system is needed to report and receive road damage. Therefore, the author designed and built a website-based road repair complaint information system using the Laravel framework and MYSQL database. With this system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the public to report road damage in real-time and assist relevant agencies in managing and authenticating reports quickly and transparently.

Abstract

Manokwari City as the capital of West Papua Province has a fairly extensive road network. However, it is not uncommon to find road damage that can disrupt community activities. Currently, Manokwari people who want to report road damage often do not know the right place or platform to report the problem. This causes not all reports of road damage to be detected and handled quickly. This research uses the waterfall method, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Applications built using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework, as well as MySQL as a database can be used to help the admin in facilitating the process of collecting damaged road complaint data in Manokwari. The data inputted is damaged road data (starting from the title of the complaint report, the contents of the complaint report, the name of the village, the name of the road, the name of the reporter, the reporter's number and uploading photos of the damaged road) from those reported by the community. Furthermore, the application displays automatically in each process carried out starting from the admin seeing where the damage is (village name and street name), the contents of the damage report after which it is dispatched to the agency responsible for carrying out the repair. The result of making this solution is a computerized application in entering data on the results of public complaints that report roads and make it easier for admins to input and find out damaged roads in the application.
