<![CDATA[The employee recruitment process requires structured applicant data management so that recruitment activities can be carried out effectively, quickly, and accurately. At PT Pharos Indonesia, managing the employee recruitment process requires support from a web-based information system capable of integrating applicant data management and selection stages in an organized manner. This study aims to design, develop, and evaluate a web-based information system for employee recruitment using the Model View Controller (MVC) architecture. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system is designed to support the management of job vacancies, applicant data, required documents, selection processes, and recruitment result information. Functional testing was conducted using Black Box Testing to ensure that each feature functions according to requirements. User evaluation was carried out using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to measure the system’s acceptance based on usability, functional suitability, and process efficiency. The results show that the implementation of the MVC architecture helps separate the user interface, application logic, and data management components, making the system more structured and easier to develop. The developed system is also able to support the integrated management of employee recruitment through a web platform. The evaluation results indicate that the system is accepted by users and meets the main requirements of the recruitment process at PT Pharos Indonesia.
