PENILAIAN TEKNOLOGI PADA SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT RAWAT INAP DENGAN METODE TEKNOMETRIK DAN SMART DI RUMAH SAKIT PARU JEMBER

ABSTRAKRumah Sakit Paru Jember merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang menerapkan billing system untuk membantudalam proses pembiayaan pasien rawat inap. Penilaian teknologi diperlukan untuk menilai seberapa besarkahkontribusi teknologi yang dimiliki oleh suatu teknologi tertentu dalam suatu sistem pembiayaan pasienrawat inap. Penilaian teknologi ini menggunakan metode Teknometrik dan Simple Multi Attribute RatingTechnique (SMART). Tujuan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: Melakukan identifikasi dan penilaian teknologiSistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit Paru Jember dengan Teknometrik dan SMART. Hasil penelitian iniyaitu: Kemampuan dan Kandungan teknologi Sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit (billing system) rawatinap adalah : Komponen Technoware sebesar 0,632; Komponen Humanware sebesar 0.593; dan KomponenInfoware sebesar 0,524 dan Orgaware sebesar 0,579. Kontribusi tersebut dapat diurutkan sebagai berikut:T > H > O > I. Sedangkan koefisien kandungan teknologi yang dihasilkan adalah 0.577. Dapat disimpulkanbahwa teknologi sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Paru Jember yangmemiliki nilai TCC = 0,577 termasuk dalam klasifikasi semi modern (0,3 < TCC ≤ 0,7). Saran yang dapatdiberikan pada pihak rumah sakit adalah meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi dari sistem informasi manajemenrumah sakit rawat inap, khususnya pada komponen infoware (peragkat informasi) dengan memberikan menutambahan yang disesuaikan dengan rekam medik rawat inap secara manual.Kata kunci: Penilaian Teknologi, Teknometrik, SMART, SIMRS Rawat InapABSTRACTJember Chest Hospital is one of hospitals that implement billing system to assist in the process of financingthe patient’s hospitalization. Technology assessment is required to assess how large will contribute technologythat is owned by a particular technology in a system of financing the patient hospitalization. The aimin this study for identification and assessment of technology management information system of JemberChest Hospital with Teknometrik and SMART. The results of this research are: the capability and technologysystem of hospital management information (billing system) hospitalization is 0,632 Technoware: componentregistration; Humanware component of 0.593; and Infoware Components of 0,524 and Orgaware of 0,579.These contributions can be sorted as follows: T > H > O > I. whereas the content of the resulting technologycoefficients is 0.577. The result of the technology management information system of hospital inpatient carein hospitals that have a value of Jember Lung TCC = 0,577 included in the classification of semi modern (0.7≤ 0.3 < TCC).
