This study aims to determine the effect of Bank Indonesia Rate, Gross Domestic Product, and Rupiah Exchange Rate on Stock Prices of Property and Real Estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2010 - 2016. This study used multiple linear regression model. The sample taken was the same as the population which was Stock Prices of Property and Real Estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2010 - 2016. The independent variables used include Interest Rate of Bank Indonesia Rate, Gross Domestic Product, and Rupiah exchange rate. The results showed that the three variables tested partially significant effect on Stock Price Property and Real Estate Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Bank Indonesia Rate, Gross Domestic Product, and exchange rate have 6.9% effect on the Stock Prices while the remaining 93.1% are influenced by other variables outside this research model. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Suku Bunga BI Rate, Gross Domestic Product, dan Kurs Rupiah terhadap Harga Saham Sektor Property and Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010 – 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sama dengan populasi yaitu Harga Saham Sektor Property and Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010 – 2016. Variabel independen yang digunakan meliputi Suku Bunga Bi Rate, Gross Domestic Product, dan Kurs Rupiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel yang diuji secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Sektor Property and Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel Suku Bunga BI Rate, Gross Domestic Product, dan Kurs Rupiah berpengaruh sebesar 6,9% terhadap Harga Saham Sektor Property and Real Estate sedangkan sisanya yaitu 93,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel – variabel lain yang tidak termasuk ke dalam model penelitian.
