<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara partial variable Individual Karakteristic, Competency dan komunikasiterhadap Performance Karyawan, (2) untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara bersama-sama variable Individual Karakteristic, Competency dan komunikasiterhadap Performanc.Total populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 740 karyawan dan total sampel adalah 89 karyawan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode simple random sampling, dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dengan analisis faktor dan uji reliabilitas dengan cronbach alpha. Uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian.Hasil analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) karakteristik individual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) kompetensi karyawan, komunikasi dan karakteristik individual pengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci : Karakteristik individual, kompetensi, komunikasi, dan kinerja karyawanABSTRACTThis study aimed (1) to analyze the effect of partial Individual Characteristics, Competency and communication to the Employee Performance, (2) to analyze the influence jointly variable Individual Characteristics, Competency and communication to employee performance. Total population in this study were 740 employees and total sample was 89 employees. The method used to collect data in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique is simple random sampling, and testing techniques of data used in this study include tests of validity by factor analysis and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha. Classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test to test and prove the hypothesis of the study. Result analysis and discussion show that: (1) the characteristics of individual positive influence on employee performance (2) competence positive effect on employee performance (3) communication positive effect on employee performance, (4) the competence of employees, communication and individual characteristics positive effect simultaneously the performance of employees.Keywords: individual characteristics, competence, communication, and employee performance]]>
