<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to find out the treatment of lontar manuscript collections at the Library of Dinas Kebudayaan Pemerintah Provinsi Bali. This research uses a descriptive research method with a aqualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observasion to the library, conducting interviews, documentation and literature. The informant on this research are 3 (three) informant, consistof the head of the inventory section for maintaining cultural documentation, a librarian and a library afficers at the Library of Dinas Kebudayaa Pemerintah Provinsi Bali. This research was conducted during February-May 2019. The damage that occurs in the collection of palm-leaf manucripts in the Library of Dinas Kebudayaan Pemerintah Provinsi Bali is writing that us faded, dry or moist. The treatment of lontar manuscript collection is done by smearing lemongrass oil that has been mixed with alcohol and giving pecan charcoal to the lontar manuscript.
