<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The purpose of this study want to know bibliocrime action policies in the UPT Perpustakaan Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature. The informants from this study were the heads of services and librarians, totaling three people. This research was conducted during February-March 2019.The results of this study shows that the strategy applied still has several weaknesses including not providing unoptimal user education, lack of awareness from users of bibliocrime actions and some technical problems related to security systems such as Close Circuit Television (CCTV) that have not monitored all corners of the library room and chips unreadable on the security gate in the circulation service. Based on the above constraints, the researchers provided solutions for libraries by making bibliocrime action warning posters and preparing training material for librarians.
