PENGARUH PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU, DAN PEMELIHARAAN PERALATAN, TERHADAP PROSES PRODUKSI DENGAN KUALITAS BAHAN BAKU SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan studi tentang “Pengaruh Persediaan Bahan Baku, dan Pemeliharaan Peralatan, terhadap Proses Produksi dengan Kualitas Bahan Baku sebagai variabel moderating”.Perusahaan ini telah berdiri sejak tahun 2009 sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel purposive sampling, dimana seluruh anggota populasi sebanyak 60 bulan diberikan kesempatan yang sama untuk menjadi responden. Kriteria pengambilan sampelnya meliputi :1.Laporan hasil proses produksi selama 60 bulan2.Periode Januari 2013- Desember 2017            Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Persediaan Bahan Baku mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Proses Produksi, Pemeliharaan Peralatan tidak mempunyai Pengaruh signifikan terhadap Proses Produksi. Persediaan Bahan Baku dan Pemeliharaan Peralatan secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Proses Produksi. Kualitas produk sebagai variabel moderating tidak mempunyai pengaruh Persediaan Bahan Baku terhadap Proses Produksi dan Kualitas Produk sebagai variabel moderating tidak mampu memperkuat (memperlemah) Pemeliharaan Peralatan terhadap Proses Produksi.Kata kunci : Proses Produksi, persediaan bahan baku, pemeliharaan peralatan, dan kualitas bahan baku.  ABSTRACTThis research is a study of the “ The Effects of raw material preparation and equipment maintenance, on production process with raw material quality as moderating variable.  The sample in this study is the data in UKM Berkat Kebaya, the sample in this purposive sampling, where all member of the population of 60 month are given the same opportunity to become respondents. The sampling criteria includ :1. Report on the results of the production process of 60 month2. Period January 2013 - December 2017Regression analysis by performing assumption f and t. The result indicate that inventory of Raw Materials have a significant effect on Production Process, Equipment Maintenance has no significant effect on Production Process. Supplies of Raw Materials and Equipment Maintenance together have a significant effect on the Production Process. Product Quality as a moderating variable does not have the effect of Raw Material inventory to Production Process and Product Quality as moderating variables are not able to strengthen (weaken) Equipment Maintenance of Production Process.Keywords : Production Process, raw material inventory, equipment maintenance, and raw material quality.
