<![CDATA[AbstrakKemitraan Kehutanan merupakan salah satu skema kerjasama antara pengelola hutan dengan masyarakat dalam rangka mengembangkan dan memanfaatkan sumber daya hutan yang ada untuk kepentingan ekonomi. Kemitraan Kehutanan lahir dari Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Nomor P.83/Menlhk-Setjen/2016 tentang Perhutanan Sosial. Peraturan tersebut mengharuskan para pihak terkait untuk membuat naskah kesepakatan kerjasama dalam membangun kemitraan kehutanan. Hasil kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan kemitraan kehutanan merupakan salah satu kebijakan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan ketimpangan atas lahan di masyarakat dengan memberikan akses lahan kepada masyarakat dan tidak bertentangan dengan asas kebebasan berkontrak. ABSTRACTForestry Partnership is one of the schemes of cooperation between forest managers and the community in order to develop and utilize existing forest resources for economic interests. Forestry Partnership was born from the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation Number P.83 / Menlhk-Setjen / 2016 concerning Social Forestry. The regulation requires relevant parties to make a draft agreement on cooperation in building forestry partnerships. The results of this study concluded that forestry partnership policy is one of the policies to solve the problem of inequality in land in the community by providing land access to the community and not conflict with the principle of freedom of contract. ]]>
