Deskripsi - Sistem antrian yang sedang berjalan pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipill Kabupaten Pacitan adalah sistem antrian yang masih secarakonvensional. Masalah tersebut timbul karena tidak ada batasan konsumen, tempatnya kurang luas, dan pada buku antrian petugas masih mencatat sendiri-sendiri data berkas yang akan diproses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem yang sudah ada menjadi sistem yang baru dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Dalam penelitian ini selain memaparkan kajian teori yang digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan, juga akan dibahas mengenai wawancara analisis, perancangan sistem, dan implementasi sistem.
