Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of leadership, communication in organization and motivation not only jointly but also partially for employee performance of Local Government of Ogan Komering Ilir Design which used in this research is korelasional design. The sample which used in this research is cluster sampling of 4 agencies in Local Government of Ogan Komering Ilir to get data which can deputize agency and employee which connected to: health agency, education agency, and income agency, finance and asset local area. The number of existing employees at the fourth agencies is 317 employees. The method which used in this research is slovin method 0f 76 employees. From this research, there are Y Regression = 0,164 + 0,467X1 + 0,849X2 + 0,364X3 which value of R = 0,891 and Square of R = 0,794. From the calculation of hypothesis conclude that leadership, communication in organization and motivation jointly influence employee performance of Local Government of Ogan Komering Ilir which value of sig.F = 0,00. From the calculation of hypothesis conclude that each variables have value of sig.t, leadership = 0,018, communication in organization = 0,000 and motivation = 0,029 lower than value of ? = 0,05. It can conclude that leadership, communication in organization and motivation partially influence for employee performance of Local Government of Ogan Komering Ilir
