Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of motivation,compensation and leadership style on employee performance in thecompany of Palembang Chemicals Distributor, either partially orjointly.Design / Methodology / This research approach is all employees ofthree Chemical Distributor companies in Palembang. Samplingtechnique that writer use is Saturated sample (census). Datacollection techniques used are questionnaires. The answers given bythe respondents were analyzed quantitatively using SPSS for windowversion 20.00. The research data is tested its quality with validity andreliability test. In this research, we tested the basic assumption ofmultiple regression which consist of data normality test, linearity test,multicollinearity test and heterokedastisity test.These findings indicate that there is influence of compensation,motivation and leadership style together to the performance ofemployees at the chemical distributor company Palembang.Implication Based on the results of the frequency distribution ofrespondents' answers that employee performance in the companyhas been good therapy has not been maximized. Based on theresults of regression then other efforts that can be done to improveemployee performance is to provide compensation to increasemotivation and improve leadership style, because these three factorshave positive and significant factors to employee performance.
