<![CDATA[The Fromula of this research are : 1) If significant influence between motivation and training together about extension of family planning performance in Musi Banyuasin regency. 2)if significant influence between motivation and traing of extension about family planning performance in Musi Banyuasin regency. This research used survey desaign with correlational method. There are three variables used for this research which is instructor motivation instructor training and instructor performance. The population in this research is 63 peoples and all of them used as sampel. Required data is primer data as the answer of instructor (responden) with data collection questionnaire method. Multiple linier regression selected as analysis technic. This research conclude that determination coefficient value is 0,268. Besides, this research prove that : 1) There are influence of independent variable of instructor performance satissfaction together. 2) There are influence of independent variable of instructor performance sattisfaction parcial.]]>
