<![CDATA[Abstrak Kota Banjarbaru memiliki banyak usaha mikro dan kecil dan sangat berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian masyarakat, yaitu dapat menciptakan serta memperluas lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat. Dalam upaya pencapaian program tersebut, "Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM" Kota Banjarbaru membantu dalam upaya pembinaan Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK). Untuk itu perlu dilakukan prioritas dalam pembinaannya. Proses penentuan prioritas pembinaan usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) selama ini masih bersifat subyektif, yaitu instansi hanya memilih usaha yang dibina dari omset atau langsung menghubungi pihak pemilik usaha tersebut untuk melakukan pembinaan karena instansi belum mempunyai kriteria baku sehingga sulit untuk menentukan prioritas pembinaan yang memiliki nilai kriteria yang sama dan berdampak pada penentuan prioritas pembinaan usaha mikro dan kecil menjadi kurang tepat. Artikel ini menyajikan konsep sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan prioritas pembinaan bagi calon UMK yang akan dibina, dengan menggunakan program aplikasi berbasis model prioritas Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Aplikasi yang dibangun dapat memberikan rekomendasi sejumlah tertentu calon UMK yang akan dibina. The process of determining the priority of micro and small enterprises (“UMK”) development is still subjective, namely agencies only choose a business that is fostered from turnover or directly contact the business owner to conduct guidance because the agency does not have standard criteria so it is difficult to prioritize guidance that has the value of the same criteria and the impact on determining the priority of micro and small business development becomes inappropriate. This article presents a decision support system concept to prioritize guidance for prospective MSEs to be fostered, using an application program based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) priority model. The application built can provide recommendations for a certain number of prospective “UMK” to be fostered.
