<![CDATA[ABSTRACTHemodialysis is a method of blood washing by removing excess fluid and substance that are harmfulto the body through dialysis to replace demage kidney function.. Hemodyalisis is a therapy that takes a long time, have complication and requires expensive cost. This condition will provide physiological and physchological stressors of patients which can an affects the quality of life of patients. The Object is Knowing the treatment profile, medical cost and quality of life of outpatients hemodialysis patients in RS DR Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. Methods is Cross – sectional Analysis with a hospital perspective on volving 100 respondens with chronic kidney disease patients who undergoing hemodialysis. Data collections was done retrospectively. This study uses primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data form medical record and financial sections.There were 100 patients with 93% compatibility of HD therapy, 83 % epo therapy and 86 % of comorbidities. The results of Mann whitney test analysis, obtained p value (sig) of real cost and INA – CBGs of 21.10%. p value (sig) real costs and ideal costs of 0,37 % the results of multiple linear regression obtained p value self – care 0,034, p value daily activities 0,000, p value pain / insecurity 0,005, sex p value long amounting to 0,019. The level of suitability of therapy in RS DR Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor is according to the standart of therapy. There is no significant difference beetween quality of life with long hemodialysis and real costs and ideal cost for INA – CBGs. Keywords: Hemodialysis, treatment profile, quality of life ABSTRAK Hemodialisis adalah metode pencucian darah dengan membuang cairan berlebih dan zat-zat yang berbahaya bagi tubuh melalui alat dialisis untuk menggantikan fungsi ginjal yang rusak. Terapi hemodialisis membutuhkan waktu yang lama, memiliki komplikasi dan membutuhkan biaya yang mahal. Hal ini akan memberikan stressor fisiologis dan psikologis pasien yang kemudian akan mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk Mengetahui profil pengobatan, biaya medis dan kualitas hidup pada pasien hemodialisis poli rawat jalan di RS DR H.Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analitik Cross – Sectional dengan perspektif rumah sakit. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara retrospektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kueisoner dan data sekunder dari rekam medik dan bagian keuangan.Terdapat 100 pasien dengan kesesuaian terapi HD 93%, terapi Epo 83% dan terapi penyakit penyerta 86%. Hasil analisis uji Mann Whitney, diperoleh p Value (sig) biaya rill dan INA- CBGs  sebesar 21.10%, p value (sig) biaya rill dan biaya ideal sebesar 0,37 %, hasil regresi linear berganda diperoleh p value mengurus diri 0,034, p value aktivitas sehari - hari sebesar 0,000, p value rasa nyeri / tidak aman 0,005, p value jenis kelamin sebesar 0,019.Tingkat kesesuaian terapi di RS DR Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor sesuai standar terapi.
