The purpose of this paper seeks to explore the factors that influence the activity of knowledge which is the organizational culture that was adopted many knowledge management programs. The main problem under study is to assess the importance of organizational culture in an enterprise and determining how this knowledge can ensure that the activities would continue as and right in enterprise Practical implications - awareness of external versus internal focus of the organization will make the organization more or less consciously with the adoption in business and organizational culture more or less conducive to the implementation of knowledge activities. Keyword : Organizational Culture, Knowledge Activities
