<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine how to establish good governance in therealization of performance-based public services in Buleleng regency government. This studyuses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study was aquestionnaire / questionnaire measuring devices in the form of Agree-Disagree Scale, whichwere selected for the study is the structural officials from several agencies selected in theRegency. Buleleng as many as 108 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is astructural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) based variance orComponent based SEM, the famous so-called Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 2.0.All relationships are examined in this study showed significant results related to the presenceof good governance in realizing the performance of public service organizations.
