Abstract

The purpose of this writing essay research is to know the difference of effectiveness and efficiency’s level between before using E-Procurement ( Manually) and after using E-Procurement (Electronical). This research used descriptive method with quantitative oncoming The result of the research showed that the difference of effectiveness and efficiency’s level which is significant between implementation of procurement of ggods and services berfore using e-procurement and after using e-procurement, which the process of government’s procurement of goods and services is more effective and efficient by using   e-procurement
