<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze influence school leadership and work motivation to teacher performance. This research used explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on likert scale. Respondents are teacher of Vocational High School in Cimahi. Data were analyzed using regression. The result of the study revealed school leadership and work motivation both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward teacher performance. Thus the teacher's performance can be improved through increased by school leadership and work motivation.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model likert scale. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.
