Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional quotient on student learning motivation developed through the process of learning in the classroom. The research used explanatory survey method. Respondents are students of one private vocational school in Cimahi. Data analysis techniques use simple regression. The results revealed that emotional quotient has a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap motivasi belajar siswa yang dikembangkan melalui proses pembelajaran di kelas. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Responden adalah siswa salah satu SMK Swasta di Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana.
