ABSTRAKKepuasan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Angka ketidakpuasan kerja perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas 3 Rumah Sakit Paru Pamekasan Tahun 2014 mencapai 60.3%. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab ketidakpuasan kerja perawat dan menyusun rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas 3 Rumah Sakit Paru Pamekasan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Lokasi Penelitian berada di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas 3 Rumah Sakit Paru Pamekasan. Populasi penelitian adalah perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas 3 Rumah Sakit Paru Pamekasan sebanyak 11 orang sedangkan besar sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik total populasi. Pengambilan data melalui kuesioner. Variabel penelitian meliputi faktor higiene dan motivator yang mengacu pada teori Herzberg. Responden menilai variabel higiene dan motivator secara beragam. Responden menyatakan puas terhadap hubungan antar personal, cukup puas terhadap kebijakan dan administrasi perusahaan, supervisi, gaji, kondisi pekerjaan, status kerja serta tidak puas terhadap jaminan pekerjaan. Responden menyatakan puas terhadap pekerjaan, cukup puas terhadap kemajuan, pencapaian prestasi, tanggung jawab dan kemampuan untuk berkembang serta tidak puas terhadap pengakuan. Gaji dan pengakuan merupakan faktor penyebab ketidakpuasan kerja perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas 3 Rumah Sakit Paru Pamekasan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perbaikan sistem remunerasi dan meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas 3 Rumah Sakit Paru Pamekasan. Respondents expressed satisfaction on the job, quite satisfied with the progress, achievement, responsibility and the ability to develop and are not satisfied with the recognition. Salaries and recognition have contributed to the dissatisfaction of nurses in patient wards Class 3 Pamekasan Lung Hospital. Therefore, it is necessary to repair the remuneration system and increase the confidence of nurses in patient wards Class 3 Pamekasan Lung Hospital.
