<![CDATA[PT. PLN (Persero) Kebayoran Area Network is one of the state-owned company engaged in the electricity. This company sells electricity usage services to individuals and large companies throughout Indonesia. The reason the author takes this theme is because the system is still manual, the data to manufacture ID Card, and this system also requires a longer time to process the data for the search to find these files in the repository. When given the opportunity to examine the author of the data until the results of the report data related to employees at PT. PLN (Persero), the author wanted to try and propose to make an employee data information system that is more practical and efficient in terms of time and produce a better report than before. The scope of the problems in making the CTF is limited only to the manufacturing data collection systems and making ID Card. The purpose of writing in the making of this program is to facilitate the employment manager of PT. PLN (Persero) which always takes a long time in terms of data collection and reporting to manufacture the ID Card. To the authors take a theme in this CTF is "DATA COLLECTION PERSONNEL INFORMATION SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT AND EMPLOYEE ID CARD WITH Borland Delphi 6.0 PADA PT. PLN (Persero) Kebayoran Area Network ". ]]>
