Rapidly evolving technological progress is one of cellular or mobile phone, mobile phone was originally used to communicate wherever they may be brought anywhere, not like a regular phone. Now the phone was developed not only a means of communication but a means of entertainment with some of the features inside. One of them is a game application. In scientific writing, the author tried to raise this issue which is making a game that can be played on a mobile phone.  This application program created using J2ME programming language using the Wireless Toolkit 2.1 is provided in the J2ME package.
