<![CDATA[ABSTRACT A library is a room or a building used to store collections such as books and other publications. A good library is a library that can fill fill the various needs of informatioon user. Thepurpose of this studyy is to determinee the needs of informatioon user, search behavior information user, and constraints faced by user in seeking informatioon in the State Polytechnic Library of Bali. Method research in this quantitative descriptivee method. The theory used research in this Ellis's theory. The samplingg technique research in this simple random sampling with total sample as much 96 people. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that information seeking behavior in The Bali Polytechnic State Library is mostly done through the internet.
