<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the digital transformation activities conducted in the National Library of Indonesia as a process of preservation for manuscripts in the National Library. The method of the research is descriptive qualitative. Informants of this research are head of division digital transformation, and librarian at National Library of the Republic of Indonesia, user on manusripts room. The result of this research the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia has a standard in performing digital transformation activities for the ancient manuscripts they have. National Library of the Republic of Indonesia performs several stages of selection before performing digital transformation activities. Utilization of digital collection of manuscripts in the National Library has not been maximized. Librarians in the field of digital transformation always back up data to keep digital collections preserved. Keywords: digital transformation, manuscripts, preservation.]]>
