<![CDATA[The leadership style of a library head can give positive motivation for librarians who will affect the progress of the library. The purpose of the research was to find out the leadership style of the library and the effect of the leadership style towards the work motivation of librarians in the Office of Archives and Library of Bali Province. This research used descriptive method and quantitative approach. The data was collected by using questionnaires and literature study with nonprobability sampling of 99 respondents. The result of the research showed that the leadership style applied in the Office of Archives and Library of Bali Province was democratic. The results of SPSS program version 24, data processing showed t count value of 0.000 smaller than alpha 0.0005 meant that there was influence of leadership style of library head towards employee work motivation in Archive Service and Library of Bali Province.
