Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya Email: beny_indrayana@yahoo.com  ABSTRAK Artikel ini menganalisis pelaksanaan kewajiban klub sepakbola profesional kepada pihak sponsor pasca dihentikannya kompetisi Indonesia Super League oleh PSSI sebagai akibat dari diterbitkannya Surat Keputusan Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga Republik Indonesia Nomor 01307 Tahun 2015 tentang pembekuan PSSI. Melalui penggunaan metode penelitian yuridis empiris diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa para pihak bersepakat dihentikannya kompetisi Indonesia Super League tahun 2015 merupakan keadaan force majeure dan Kewajiban Arema Cronus dalam perjanjian dilaksanakan pada beberapa turnamen yang diikuti dalam rangka mengisi kompetisi yang vakum. Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan Kewajiban, Perjanjian Sponsorship, Klub Sepakbola, Indonesia Super League.               THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL CLUB OBLIGATIONS TO SPONSORS POST INDONESIAN SUPER LEAGE DISCONTUNUATION YEAR 2015 (A Study in Arema Cronus) Beny Indrayana, A. Faculty of Law University of Brawijaya Email: beny_indrayana@yahoo.com ABSTRACT This article analyzes the implementation of the obligations of professional football clubs to sponsors after the discontinuation of Indonesia Super League competition by PSSI as a result of the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia Number 01307 Year 2015 concerning the freezing of PSSI. Through the use of empirical juridical obtained conclusion that the parties agreed to halt Indonesia Super League 2015 competition as a results of a state of force majeure and Obligations of Arema Cronus in the agreements implemented in several tournaments followed in order to fill the vacuum competition.
