<![CDATA[Annisa Eka Savitri, Lutfi Effendy, S.H., M.Hum, Dr. Shinta Hadiyantina, S.H., M.H Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya Email: annisaes25@gmail.com  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang perlindungan hukum terkait hak laktasi bagi Pegawai Wanita dengan status Aparatur Sipil Negara (Perbandingan Hukum Menurut Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 Tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara dan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan). Dalam  aspek perlindungan hukum tersebut, pembahasan ditekankan terhadap bagaimana bentuk perlindungan terhadap hak laktasi bagi Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptul.
