Karina Gita Putri Tika Guntoro, Lutfi Effendy, S.H., M.Hum, Agus Yulianto, S.H., M.H Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana bentuk perlindungan hukum dari pemerintah khususnya Kabupaten Malang. Dalam aspek penelitian tersebut pembahasan ditekankan terhadap Bagaimana Bentuk Pemerintah kabupaten Malang dalam mengimplementasi hak Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam hal perlindungan hukum yang didapatkan oleh Pegawai Negeri sipil. Bantuan Hukum yang dimaksud adalah berupa pendampingan di persidangan dan bantuan pembuatan berkas berkas gugatan. Kata kunci: Perlindungan Hukum, Pegawai Negeri Sipil, Bentuk Perlindungan Hukum ABSTRACT This research is aimed to discuss the type of legal protection provided by the government, especially that of the Regency of Malang. The discussion is mainly focused on the implementation of legal protection for rights of civil servants by the government of the Regency of Malang. Legal protection is defined as the provision of an advocate in the court and assistance required to make lawsuit files.   Keywords: legal protection, civil servant, type of legal protection
