This study aims to determine the effect of non financial variable toward underpricing occurs on initial public offering in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2018. The authors apply underwriter reputation, auditor reputation, company age, type of industry and share offering percentage as a variable. The type of this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This study used secondary secondary data obtained the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The populatin using in this research are 128 companies. The samples are 93 companies and the method uses purposive sampling. The data analysis that used is multiple regression analysis. Hypotheses test used T-statistics and F-statistics at level significance 5%. The result showed that partially underwriter reputation and auditor reputation has a significant and negative effect on underpricing, and company age has a significant and positive effect on underpricing, meanwhile type of industry and share offering percentage do not have significant effect on underpricing. Simultaneously all independent variable have significant effect on undepricing. Keywords: underpricing, initial public offering, underwriter reputation, auditor reputation, company age, type of industry, share offering percentage АBSTRАK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel non keuangan terhadap underpricing pada penawaran umum perdana di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2018. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reputasi underwriter, reputasi auditor, umur perusahaan, jenis industri dan persentase penawaran saham. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 128 perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 93 perusahaan dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara sampel purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hipotesis uji yang digunakan T-statistik dan F-statistik pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial reputasi underwriter dan reputasi auditor memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap underpricing dan umur perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap underpricing, sedangkan jenis industri dan persentase penawaran saham tidak berpengaruh terhadap undepricing. Secara simultan, reputasi underwriter, reputasi auditor, umur perusahaan, jenis industri dan persentase penawaran saham terdapat pengaruh terhadap undepricing.
