AbstractThis study aims to analyze organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediateds the affective commitment and work involvement for employee performance. The population of this study were all employees (JFU) of the Ministry of Religion Office of Semarang City, totaling 110 people with sensus sampling technique .Data analysis method uses regression and path analysis. The results of hyphotesis test show that affective commitment and work involvement has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).And of the study revealed that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediateds the influence of affective commitment to employee performance. While organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) not mediateds the influence of work involvement on employee performance. That employees who have high work involvement will directly improve their performance without going through mediation. This proves that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable from the influence of workinvolvement on employee performance is not proven. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dalam memediasi pengaruh komitmen afektif dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan (JFU) Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 110 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi dan analisis jalur.Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan komitmen afektif dan keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Dan dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dapat memediasi pengaruh komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)tidak memediasi pengaruh keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai ,artinya bahwa pegawai yang mempunyai keterlibatan tinggi akan secara langsung meningkatkan kinerjanya tanpa melalui mediasi. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel mediasi dari pengaruh keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai tidak terbukti.
