The growth of vechicles is not only in the numbers but also in the brands variation and types. This growth triggers the growth of sparepart’s variation as well. In this study we use data mining and re-order point concept to control the sparepart’s stock in Bengkel X Solo. Bengkel X is a workshop which repairs vehicles and machineries. As the results of this study, this workshop is able to save the sparepart’s budget up to 7% for ten types of spareparts.
