Hazard Identification is the first step required to be submitted to all related parties as inputs for building management and laboratory. This hazard identification is based on the OHSAS 18001: 2007 (point 4.3.1). Potential unsafe condition obtained at the identification stage consist of the potential hazard types of fall at ground level, struck against, struck by, electrical contact, burn, fall from above, and caught in.
