X University has many high rise buildings and laboratories. These buildings and facilities can cause work accidents. Hazard Identification is the first step required to be submitted to all related parties as inputs for building management and laboratory. This hazard identification is based on the OHSAS 18001: 2007 (point 4.3.1). Potential unsafe condition obtained at the identification stage consist of the potential hazard types of fall at ground level, struck against, struck by, electrical contact, burn, fall from above, and caught in. Potential unhealthy conditions obtained at the identification stage found potential biological, chemical, and physical health problems.
