<![CDATA[PT Prima Waru Industry is a company that produce nails. This research was intended to help the company to set the maintenance. The company does not have a schedule for engine maintenance. The maintenance system that applied in this company was preventive maintenance. When the machines are damage, it will decrease the production and turned the engines off. The effectiveness value of the engines were calculated by OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). While, the causes of decreasing effectiveness were calculated by six big losses. The OEE values of the engine is 69.05% where it is below the ideal standard of OEE. The purpose of this research is scheduling the engine maintenance. Treatment schedule made into 3 types of time ie 2 weeks, 1 month, and 2 months. Which use to predict the damage before it happened. This schedule also use to anticipate if there is no available spare parts.]]>
