<![CDATA[PT. X is a company engaged in yarn manufacturing. This research was conducted in area of raw material warehouse. The first problem is inaccuracy of stock between the company's SAP system and the actual stock in the raw material warehouse. The second problem is the application of the fixed layout needed to implement a barcode system. Fishbone diagram is used to analyze stock inaccuracy problems. Maximum capacity calculation is based on inventory models with probabilistic demand and leadtime. This calculation will be able to answer the company's needs in applying the fixed layout and barcode system for the future. Making standard forms and new regulations for employees is expected to minimize stock inaccuracy]]>
