<![CDATA[PT.X is a company engaged in offset printing industry. The company is located in Sidoarjo, East Java. Production process based on customer order, if there is a new order will be produced based on the ordered quantity. PT. X requires the allocation of the optimal number of operators so that the input and output of the production line can run in balance. PT.X has 37 operators allocated to each process. The allocation of operators is still a constraint and causes the production path becomes less balanced. The proposed improvement is to provide a proposed lane balancing design on the production line. Allocation of operator to production line by maximizing operator without adding new operator. Allocation of operators can improve the resulting good finish. The production output of the allocation produces 31632 sheets of paper within one hour of the production process. Total operators allocated as many as 37 operators. These outputs result in more than 20187 sheets of paper if compared with not allocating operators.]]>
