<![CDATA[C & B department of PT. X always do continuous improvement as department priority. One of the improvement that will be done is simplifying the uniform provision process. The study focused on the provision of an annual uniform. The study begins with understanding the stages in annual uniform process. Method that have been used are making a comparison between actual and target time of uniform timeline, making SIPOC charts, and analyzing value added or non-value added activities. Some improvement suggestions are given in order to support the simplification of the process and reduce or eliminate non-value added activities. The results of the improvement implementation is saving the provision time by 5.19 hours or 2 supporting resources.]]>
