PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIER SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PT. SOLUSINDO MITRA SEJAHTERA DI JAKARTA

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur Pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Pengembangan Karier sebagai Variabel Intervening pada PT Solusindo Mitra Sejahtera di Jakarta. Sampel yang diteliti berjumlah 95 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif.. Pengujian dilakukan dengan sistem secara simultan dan parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif motivasi terhadap pengembangan karier, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap pengembangan karier, motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karier, motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengembangan karier berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Pengembangan Karier secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil pengujian anova intervensi Pengembangan Karier dapat menambah kekuatan pengaruh dari Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hasil pengujian anova intervensi Pengembangan Karier dapat menambah kekuatan pengaruh dari Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.Kata kunci : Motivasi, Disipin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Pengembangan Karier ABSTRACTThe research was done to measure the influence of Motivation and Disciplined Work to Performance Employees with Career Development as Variabel Intervening at PT Solusindo Mitra Sejahtera in Jakarta. The sampel of the research was 95 respondent. The research used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The testing was done by simultaneous and partial system. The fist step of the research was done by searching information and data about the variabel that researched. The searching information and data was done by books study and object that researched. The second of the research was data analysis with doing descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, regression intervening analysis, t parsial and F simultaneous test. The result of the research showed positive influence of Motivation to Career Development , positive influence of Discipline Work to Career Development, both Motivation and Disiplined Work had significance influence to Career Development. positive influence of Motivation to Performance Employee, positive influence of Discipline Work to Performance Employee, positive influence of Career Development to Performance Employee, both Motivation, Disiplined Work and Career Development had significance influence to Performance Employee. The result of anova Career Development interventions can increase the strength of the effect of motivation on employee performance. The result of anova Career Development interventions can increase the strength of the effect of Diciplined Work on Performance Employee.Key word : Motivation, Disciplined Work, Career Development, Performance Employees.
