<![CDATA[The research aims to investigate: 1) the influence of motivation, work experience, and stress on employees’ productivity in PT. PLN Palu; 2) the influence of motivation on employees’ productivity in PT. PLN Palu; 3) the influence of work experience on employees’ productivity in PT. PLN Palu; 4) the influence of stress experience on employees’ productivity in PT. PLN Palu. This research is descriptive causal that involves 68 samples that were selected trough census sample method. The result of multiple linear regressions indicate that: 1) motivation, work experience, and stress simultaneously have positive and significant effects on employees produktivity in PT. PLN Palu; 2) motivation positively and significantly affects employees productivity in PT. PLN Palu; 3) work experience positively and significantly affects employees productivity in PT.
