At the aspect of capability, the employees’ could carry out the follow-up monitoring on time because the employees in secretariat section have the considerable ability and experience to carry out the activities. The aspect of opportunity did not run well, it can be seen from the lack of opportunity given by the leader to the employees of secretariat section in Inspectorate Office, Sigi district, for limited funds.
