Plantsofvarioustypescan be processed andused as awoodfinishingmaterial, either as abasicdye, a mixture ofdyes, as wellasthe finalfinishing. In these experimentsconducted onturmeric, gum gambier, betel leaves,stickshenna, mangosteenrind, skinjengkol, andinjetforcoloringwood. Throughexperimental research, with thewettechniqueandthe resultsindicatesapgambiersaffroncolor the best, producingthe yellow colorof turmeric, gambierandinjetsapproducesa redcolormaroon.
