<![CDATA[This research entitled the influence of the human development index Against economic growth areas of Enrekang Regency Years 2012-2016. In the Era of autonomy on the mark with the birth of Act No. 23 of the year 2014 about local government as has been changed by law No. 2 2015 Year about the determination of the Government regulation of a replacement law on changes to the Act No. 23-year 2014 about local government. has given authority against the area of Kabupaten/Kota to take care of its own bylaws, the region has greater authority to organise various Government Affairs and development in order to improve the welfare of society as a destination and the spirit of the autonomous region. The purpose of this study is: to know the influence of the human development index against economic growth areas in the Regency Enrekang over a period of years 2012-2016. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that have been put forward, then it can be conclude that; 1) human development Variables (X) effect significantly to economic growth areas of Enrekang Regency. This illustrates that many manpower enjoy public Regency Enrekang.]]>
