<![CDATA[Abstract The research was motivated by the further degradation of the environment. Many of the pollution of water, air, landslides, floods, and so on. Exploitation is carried out without offset to the maintenance and preservation. The result is environmental degradation that often lead to conflict. Because of this formulation of the problem in this study was to determine why there is a conflict in the hill Mangunharjo; what causes it. The method used in this study was descriptive with qualitative data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature review.
