<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The research, entitled "Effect of Profitability, Tax, and Corporate Growth in Funding Decisions Against Cigarette Industrial Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2007 to 2010" aims to determine the influence significance of profitability, tax and growth simultaneously and partially on the capital structure the cigarette industry companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period from 2007 to 2010. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis it is known that profitability, tax and growth simultaneously have significant the funding decisions on the cigarette industry companies on the Stock Exchange Period from 2007 to 2010. Profitability partially significant negative influence on funding decisions at the cigarette industry companies on the Stock Exchange Period from 2007 to 2010. Tax and Corporate Growth in partial positive and significant impact on funding decisions partially on the cigarette industry companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period from 2007 to 2010. The results showed that changes in profitability, tax and corporate growth together cause changes in the funding decisions cigarette company in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) the period 2007 to 2010, assuming other factors constant.
